Inspired by classic delays, RetroDelay mimics their sound palette but is equipped with modern features:

  • Independent delay lines for left and right channels.
  • Tempo synchronization (BPM synced) or manual time setting up to 6 seconds.
  • Forward and backward delays.
  • X-feedback and Ping-pong functions.
  • Always active one pass of feedback.
  • Negative feedback options and short delay times for modulation effects (phaser/flanger).

Advanced Modulation and Filtering

For adding movement and dynamics:

  • Two BPM synced LFOs: one modulates the filter cutoff, the other – the delay time (for forward delays).
  • Four LFO modes: sine, triangle, sawtooth, Envelope Follower.
  • Invert options for LFO (overall and L/R).
  • A 24dB/octave resonant filter in the feedback path with switchable modes: Lowpass, Bandpass, Highpass, Lowshelf, Highshelf.
